SIX Swiss Exchange Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR—Logitech International (SIX: LOGN) (Nasdaq: LOGI) today announced financial results for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2027.
- Sales were $1.22 billion, up 3 percent in US dollars and 2 percent in constant currency, compared to Q2 of the prior year.
- GAAP gross margin was 44.9 percent, up 150 basis points compared to Q2 of the prior year. Non-GAAP gross margin was 45.2 percent, up 140 basis points compared to Q2 of the prior year.
- GAAP operating income was $201 million, up 5 percent compared to Q2 of the prior year. Non-GAAP operating income was $231 million, up 0.4 percent compared to Q2 of the prior year.
- GAAP earnings per share (EPS) was $1.25, up 9 percent compared to Q2 of the prior year. Non-GAAP EPS was $1.51, up 4 percent compared to Q2 of the prior year.
- Cash flow from operations was $164 million. The quarter-ending cash balance was $1.51 billion.
- The Company returned $406 million of cash to shareholders in the quarter through its annual dividend and share repurchases.
